- Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.
- Eligibility
· Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
· For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
· Custom‑made or personalized items (e.g., engraved rings) are non‑returnable.
· Spiritual / metaphysical items (candles, ritual tools, “haunted” relics) are non‑returnable once the package is opened, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
· Final sale items are clearly marked and cannot be returned.
- How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@illuminatisantuary.org with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside, and ship it back.
Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
- Return Shipping Costs
· If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost.
· For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days to your original payment method.
· Refund amount: The full purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless the return was our error).
· Restocking fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for items returned without original packaging or showing signs of handling.
· You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, metal, or design, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not hold inventory for exchanges.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
- International Returns
For orders outside the United States, return shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.
